Mobility & Stretching Class 

Monday & Friday 

12:00-12:45pm

Increase your flexibility, range of motion, stabilization, and posture with static and dynamic stretching. Mobility teaches (or re-teaches) the body to move the way it was meant to. This class is ideal for all bodies - to compliment a workout routine & to help release the body from lack of movement (i.e. sitting at a desk all day). All levels.

Mindful Movement (Senior Fitness) 

Thursdays 

2:00-3:00pm

Improve your functional fitness which builds strength, flexibility and balance to perform everyday activities more safely and efficiently. These types of exercises replicate real life movements like squatting, pulling, pushing, and walking. This approach focuses on whole body movement to enhance coordination and functional strength 

 Long & Lean (Barre/Pilates Mix) 

Saturdays 

10:00-10:45am

Long and Lean will strengthen your core muscles for proper alignment, improve muscle endurance, and strengthen your glutes in a low impact workout using light weights and bodyweight. You will improve your posture, stabilize your pelvis, and take pressure off your hips, knees, and back. Sticky/yoga socks are highly recommended but not required.
